hands down the best bubble tea! incredible choice, very good price but what makes it the absolute best is the customer service. The lady who runs it is the loveliest person ever, I go often and she is delightful and honestly cheers me up just from how sweet she is. All the staff are lovely and very fast service even when queue goes out door. After trying all the places in winch, its hands down the best, its consistent, the tapioca is perfect and the flavours are lovely !

i've been in at least 10 times and every time i do everyone is so lovely and make sure it is all okay. i really recommend if anyone is looking for a bubble tea shop in winch. Dietary restrictions: my friend is lactose intolerant and there were a-lot of options for her for the milk tea.

Great staff, small cute place, loads of choice. However, the taste is not up to par, I had a taro with tapioca and pudding. The drink itself is just watered down, no flavour whatsoever, the toppings to drink ratio is not proper and consistent. The quality of the toppings is also not something that one would fancy. Overall it is a expensive watered down drink
