    I love Mooboo, every flavour I’ve ever had has been yummy (mango passion tea with lychee popping is my fave) however I was left disappointed with the customer service. I was placing my order and the man serving me received a phone call and picked it up immediately, just shoving the card machine at me. He got my order wrong too, but I noticed on the screen before he started making it so he rectified it. Lovely drinks but I’m not sure I’ll be back in a hurry

    Ordered a Oreo bubble tea and I felt I was going to be sick.. it was just watery could barely taste any milk and the tapioca had no flavour and was so bland.. I’m very new to drinking bubble tea and never thought it was possible to mess up such a simple drink..will not be coming back again

    Mooboo Holloway is usually okay, but not as good as mooboo Wood Green but today’s experience was really bad, I’m a regular mooboo customer, today they left a new young girl in charge she’s probably just a kid, she got all the orders wrong so I had to send my husband back and even when he came back I was still very disappointed cos I have never seen a mango milk tea look like that, green tea does not mix with milk so I don’t know why she thought it was okay to charge us for a cup of curdles and first time round she forgot the tapiocas, this time she put the tapiocas but hardly any, very little and they were not chewy like they should be they were as soft as the popping balls, I always have so much tapioca and popping balls left after I finish my tea that I have fun slurping after, this time I was left with a lot of empty tea, no tapioca pearls or popping balls left. It was just a very unpleasant experience because I usually love mooboo and was not expecting so many things to go wrong with my order today, I blame management for leaving that poor young girl in charge who is clearly new and inexperienced.

    Been here twice in 2021 and early 2022. The drinks used to be decent, especially the crem brulee editions. Ordered a matcha bubble tea and jasmine milk tea. The matcha was so so but the jasmine milk tea had no flavour whatsoever, just felt like drinking watered down milk. The pearls were fine, but how hard is it to boil tapioca lol. Don't bother ordering from here. Either their good staff have all left OR staff training has gone down hill! Make the effort to go into central Chinatown for a decent cuppa.
