    First impressions were a clean & good place. On entering we were greated by a man who I would guess was new & being trained. We asked a couple of questions which he wasnt confident answering. There was a female member of staff who was sitting on the floor behind him on her phone, he did ask some of the questions to her but she seemed distracted by him & annoyed he was interrupting her time on her phone. We would of bought more drinks but the lack of help/advice completely put us off & we paid for my sons drink & left. I asked for the reciept & the female gave me a look as if I'd asked for the earth. Not sure how much training the man was getting but I wouldn't go back, as the experience was just rude.

    Lovely store but manager seemed to be really tearing into new girl. Probably being trained at the time. 2 questions. Why treat anyone like that and why do it in front of customers. Very awkward experience.

    Good service as far as I can tell, quick and no queue, but my kid could not finish his drink - he normally loves bubble tea but this time said it tasted weird and I had to bin it. We always order the same stuff, so there are no chance this was due to the type of tea ordered. But maybe I did get something else by mistake, I got a weird feeling the girls who served me could not understand me very well.

    Got honey milk tea with tapioca. The flavour was nice but pearls were not chewy at all and were soft. also the pearls were hot when added so the drink was warm for a really long time

    My rate for this Mooboo at Goodge Street is actually no stars. Recently I wanted a Creme Brulee milk bubble tea but with no ice, due to my sensitive teeth I do not consume ice. The youngster behind the counter told me the drink has to be done with ice. IGNORANT, of course, in the past countless times I went to the same place with the same request and no issues were raised. So I turned my back and went to the fabulous Gong Cha just across the street, where friendly and knowlegeble staff adapts to your drink requests and needs. So, Thank You for helping me to make better shopping choices. I encourage everyone to go to Gong Cha, just on the other side of the road, at Goodge Street, so much better costumer service, with a loyalty program and cheaper prices. Gong Cha is the place to go!
