I have just bought a milk tea drink (winter snow milk tea) and there was no taste at all and cannot taste the milk. It tastes like water!! I went back and asked them whether I could have one done again as it is usually not like that (I know the taste) and I complained but customer service is bad and did not help at all he only said nothing can be done you have already purchased the drink and if you would like a new one you would need to purchase another one.

Sometimes it's good when you dont see what goes on behind the scenes. Now before I start, I've had a bubble tea from this establishment before. I went as far as to give them 5 stars. However, today, my opinion has changed. Not so much by the quality of the bubble tea but by the hygiene standards. It is important to adhere to high standards and to be aware of your surroundings, particularly when handling food and drinks. This was not the case today as I witnessed a man wipe his nose and his forehead with the back of his hand. I should and could have demanded that they make my drinks again, but because he didn't touch the items direct with the hands, I let it slide. It really isn't that difficult and frankly it's lazy not to observe basic hygiene standards.
