Visited with family, 2 children 6 and 8 . Not suitable for disabled access, prams, very small children , or if you walk / climb with difficulty. Quite a climb of 311 steps, on a very narrow circular staircase . At the top is very small, it can probably only fit 10-15 people max at one time . It's all netted so pics can be tricky to take. However the views are breathtaking ( literally- after climbing up 311 steps 😊), the monument is seeped in history and you can even see Pudding Lane where it all started right at the bottom of it. Coming down , you have to be very careful especially with people coming up at the same time. Staff are very polite and friendly. Highly recommended but you need to be reasonably fit to visit the top
