We used Linda to find our last au pair via her agency Montrose Agency and had a great experience. Linda spent time understanding exactly what our requirements were - and giving us helpful and practical advise on how to find the right girl. When she put au pairs forward they were always bang on brief. If I interviewed someone who wasn't right Linda was absolutely lovely about it - much more keen to get the right fit then to get a match. After a month or so we met Pilar - a teacher in spain with perfect English. When she came over Linda was keen to ensure she was happy calling us both a couple of times in the first month. Pilar ended up staying with us for nearly one year and she was the perfect au pair for our family. I have just seen a negative review of the agency so was keen to put forward my view. The reality is it is an excellent agency that has been what it has been doing successfully for many years - and it wouldn't be able to do that in this highly competitive environment if if wasn't brilliant in its field.

I have been using the services of the Montrose Agency since 2005 and we have had a number of nannies and Mothers Helps from them, our most recent a Canadian girl who is still with us. We are still in contact with the 4 Australian girls we have had over the years; in 2013 we were invited to the wedding of one and this year we are expecting visits from two of them. I have never had any reason to look elsewhere as the service I have received has been first class. Living on the Isle of Man the searches have never been easy but Linda keeps in regular contact and has found us some excellent girls. I regularly recommend the Montrose Agency to others and in fact I was initially recommended the Montrose by another Mum she had helped.
