    1.Waiting for The private work(it should take up to 7 weeks)six months and still waiting 2.Receptionist keep lying to me telling me different things each and every time I am attending the desk. 3. My paperwork from the previous practice GP is still not transferred after half year . 4. It take up to one month to see the doctor even with emergency 🆘 5. The worst GP surgery ever

    If it were not for the quick actions of the diabetic's nurse Kate I would not be here to write this right now. The speed in which I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and the care I have received from the surgery staff was simply amazing and I can not thank them enough for the treatment I have received, a well deserved 5 stars.

    Very rude staff ....and very difficult to talk to as they make it about then self as they been up very early doing there job my 2 year really need to be seen and they are so reluctant on helping or even giving me a face to face appointment very unprofessional can't tell the difference between emotion and aggression will definitely be changing doctors disgusting how they think they can speak to you and over talk you on the phone when your trying to explain what's up such a horrible receptionist
