The dentist I used to visit left the practice and I went today for a routine appointment. The treatment and care I received was a far lower standard than I have ever received before. My lip was cut and the dentist was rough. Would you believe he owned the practice! Sometimes the best business people are not the best at their jobs. I told the receptionist I did not want to see this dentist again. The only plus in the whole experience was the receptionist who was very friendly.

I have been a patient of Monton Green Dental Practice since I was a toddler and it was owned by Mr McHale. Can honestly say the service has declined significantly over the past few years. Although I pay as part of Denplan, my appointments are always cancelled or changed - every single time over the past three years my appt has been moved - can never get a hygienist and check-up appointment together, and sometimes they’ll even be cancelled with just as little as 1 hour notice. Would recommend looking elsewhere for the price you are paying. Such a shame as this place used to be brilliant!

I have been receiving my dental care from Monton Green Dental Practice for over 25 years. All the team are helpful/efficient and treatments are talked through with you in order to choose what will suit you. During Covid restrictions they continued to offer the same excellent service in difficult times. In my experience Five stars are a deserved rateing.

Everything perfect!!! I had already had the right-sided wisdom tooth removed in Brazil and now I had to remove it from the other side, as I was feeling a lot of pain. I was all apprehensive because in Brazil I had a very painful post and everything was very peaceful here. doctor Rafael was super attentive and careful in every detail, I'm in zero pain. Everyone at the clinic is super solicitous and excellent professionals, without exception. Thank you Dr. Rafael 🙏

Same experience as another reviewer. Last appointment in 2020 cancelled due to lockdown and so now I am a new patient. Its not the 'new' fee I object to but £50 deposit, after never missing any appointments in over 20 years, is rather insulting.

Maybe I am being a little oversensitive but I am very disappointed with the attitude of this practice. I had been a client of the practice for around 10 years visiting at least twice a year, but my last visit was in 2019 prior to the covid lockdowns. I have just contacted the practice to book an appointment. I was told that I would have to pay a premium price of £95.95. This was because I would be treated as a new customer due to the time that had passed since my last visit. I replied that that was ok. I was then told that as a new customer I would also have to pay a £50 deposit and that I could not have an appointment without paying the deposit. I reluctantly decided to take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: This morning, the practice rang me to advise that the terms outlined to me earlier in the week (above) had been made in error and apologised for the error. Having criticised them for my previous experience I feel it is only right to commend them for their desire to rectify the situation. Thank you.
