Danny and team did our kitchen refurbishment project a year ago. This involved the removal of two chimney breasts and creating a new opening for double-doors; creating a new cloakroom toilet; and fitting a new kitchen. Danny worked well with a difficult building control officer to ensure we got their sign-off. The work was completed to a good standard and we are really pleased with our new kitchen.

We were so happy with Montilla Developments and the personal service we felt we got from Danny and his very consistent team of workers. They did a Loft conversion for us and as far as building work goes, I can actually say that this was a very positive experience. They were honest throughout, gave great advice and delivered superb workmanship. It was a pleasure to have them on site and now already 9 months after the completed work, we are still very happy with the work they did. We have already recommeded them to close friends and neighbours in our street and we will certainly like to make use of their services again in the future.

Montila Developments carried out a full refurbishment of the house. This included structural work including the removal of existing walls and the erection of new ones, moving and installing new external doors, new windows and bi-fold doors, fitting a new kitchen, moving an existing WC and fitting a new bathroom, new wooden floors and redecoration throughout the entire house. A complete re-wire and new boiler fitted. Exterior walls built to front of house and lighting fitted throughout drive. The project was led by Danny who gave good practical advice on layouts and was available with prompt responses to any questions or concerns I had.
