Absolutely terrible would never recommend staff for absolutely appalling. Are rude useless and incompetent inspires me to be a better worker in the work place so I suppose that’s the only bonus.

I would never purchase with them as my friend complained to them and told them that they’ve cancelled and they didn’t honour this… now I don’t know what kind of company does this, but it’s clearly one which has unethical standards such as this one.

    Absolutely disgusted. I’m a student and cancelled my subscription. I was still charged later and emailed to complain, and they refused to refund me. I lost 50% of my bank balance and struggled as a result of the company. Absolutely disgusted.

    I signed up from instagram add, it has since taken 2 monthly payments, and i have received exactly 0 payments. Noticed it’s hard to get any contact to them, and their comments on facebook are turned off.. so as far as i can tell, it’s a scam.

    AWFUL SERVICE !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! As a user for almost two years I have needed the customer service team, they have continually promised to send me the items I have paid for and 3 months later I they have just stopped responding, I have deleted my account and fully intend to start legal proceedings as they have essentially default on a contract and stolen my money or product. I would strongly strongly advise if you are thinking of a service like this to use somebody who wants your custom and will look after you when there's an issue. these guys are actually beyond a joke. disgusting business practices and awful customer service, don't deserve 1 star!!!
