Our daughter attended Montessori Explorers from the age of 1 up until this summer when she left for school. We were initially drawn to this nursery because of the homely, friendly feel and mix of Montessori and traditional values. The huge garden and the fact that the children go out in all weathers was something that was important to us. We can safely look back and say we were never disappointed with our choice- it was a fantastic nursery and our daughter learnt a lot and developed lots of important skills with the support of the staff. All of the ladies who looked after our my daughter were amazing, they really take the time to get to know each child and make sure they’re happy and settled at nursery, challenging and supporting them at all so they can develop at their own pace. We loved that parents were kept really well informed via messages and the Tapestry app, it was lovely to see snippets of their day and what they children had been doing. We would definitely recommend Montessori Explorers!

Fantastic nursery!! My son has been at the nursery since 10 months and has thrived, he is now 28 months. He is now advanced for his age and this is a credit to the nursery. He spent sometime in hospital last year and Jose the manager at the time kept in contact to offer me advice and support. My son is so happy that when we moved house I decided to keep him at Montessori Explorers and make the drive all the way from the other side of Sutton Coldfield. I have also recommended the nursery and friends now have their children here too and are equally happy. When I lost my job a few months back Nikki helped me secure 2 year old funding. Montessori Explorers is a family run business, management all know each child and parent personally. I cannot recommend this nursery enough, 5 stars!!!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 6 months old. It was so scary leaving her as a first time mum, however the staff really made a conscious effort to make me feel as comfortable and at ease as they could with settling in sessions and always being available to communicate with to check on my little one. My daughter is now nearly 2 years old and absolutely loves going to nursery now and has developed so much. I never have any issues and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and easy to chat with. Amazing nursery, good work guys 👏🏾

Montessori Explores is an absolutely amazing nursery ☺️ both of my boys went there and loved it so much, they made great friends and had such lovely bonds with the girls❤️ My first experience with another Montessori nursery was terrible and I couldn’t wait to leave, I was very anxious as of what to expect after what I had experienced at the previous Montessori nursery but I had no reason to be, everyone was so welcoming, friendly and really made me feel at ease & I had trust & confidence sending my children there. Montessori explores showed me how a nursery should be. Thank you to Nicky for making the transition so smooth for me & my kids❤️ I cannot recommend it enough the staff are amazing the children’s rooms & gardens are wonderful so much space. I’d like to say a special thank to Jos who was always there for me when I was going through sad family times, she always took the time for a chat ☺️ now I enjoy hearing lots of stories from my son about all the fun he has with her at nursery. Another thank you to Laurie who my eldest son had a great bond with & he always said Laurie was his favourite 😊 All the girls are amazing with my kids, it’s a very homely setting ❤️ My boys confidence grew & grew at Montessori Explorers, they improved their speaking, numbers, shapes & much more. Even tackled toilet training 👏🏼 I couldn’t of asked for a better nursery to send my boys ❤️ Our children mean the world to us so we need to know they are safe & somewhere we can have full trust in Montessori Explores is definitely that place ❤️😊👌🏼 📚🍼 (I only wish mine could have stay longer)

Bonnie has attended nursery at Montessori I'm sutton coldfield for the past almost 3 years and it has been absolutly wonderful! It feels home from home, she loves going and we always know she will be in such safe hands. Her and her older sister also attend the holiday club now and then as needed, and they both love going, it is so much fun! We are really going to miss the nursery when Bonnie starts school in September 💔💔💔

Montessori Explorers are a fantastic nursery! My daughter attended from 18 months to attending school and was always very happy there. They have a warm and caring approach, and helped her progress and develop and be ready for the transition to school. Highly recommended!

I had no choice but to put 1 star to upload my review so here goes... Montessori explorers’ or known better as Nicky Noo nursery. Avoid this nursery at all costs. New manager Joszine Bucknall is rude and unapproachable. My son attended the nursery being the only baby in his room as there are no children on roll. I then had taken him out without notifying the nursery and not once did I receive a phone call regarding the whereabouts of my child- this being a safeguarding issue as they were unaware he had left. When I did inform the nursery 1 month later that my child was leaving I requested his learning journey as I know I’m entitled to receive this when my child has left and was ignored and not allowed to go and collect it from the nursery... 1 month later the finance officer came to my home address to give this to me without being informed. Most of the staff left their jobs here when the nursery had been taken over however the 3 girls that still work here are lovely and are the only good thing they come with the nursery. I would politely advise parents/carers to avoid Montessori explorers and find alternative childcare by a provider that know how to run their business professionally and effectively.
