Final Footage
To say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, is an understatement. Before reading this review, let me sum this place up in one word, SCAM. And I know all arcades are money makers but this takes it to a whole new level of robbery. On two different games, one being where you have to click a button when the right colour comes up to win tickets, I was one away from the prize, pressed the button bang on time that the machine even flashed up on the correct colour, but after a few seconds after pressing the button and winning the prize, it changed and says I didn’t win. Secondly I played a game where you had to hit the surface at a certain strength to win the prize. Once again I hit it, the strength was perfect and landed in the prize, it stopped for a few seconds and then changed after a few seconds saying I didn’t win the prize. With the small amount of tickets I won on other games I go to the shop to spend them. To find that the tickets I have are no where near enough for a substantial prize compared to the money I put it. Then I got home and realised the 2 things I bought from the shop with the tickets are broken! I bought a model seagull and it had a hole in it, and a set of shells, where there was glue on one where it had broken off. Honestly felt robbed. On the other hand the staff and security were very friendly but the owner really should be ashamed of themself.

This is a terrible arcade I'm giving one star because I can't give zero the floor attendant upstairs watched me put money over and over again into a machine till I explained nothing was moving he then proceeded to tell me that it was broken so he watched me spend lots of money and look ridiculous playing a broken game I'm not happy and I don't know if I'll even come back after that take my advice and ask if a machine is actually working before you use it

Last night I play in the casino machines and I have a bonus the slot don’t say how is the max wining!!!!!!this is unacceptable!!!I play more 300£ after I have a bonus ! My bonus play and stop 100£ and I have another 10 free spin !!!!!other slot have on top max wining table!!I call the managers to tell him and I sent the security guys to drop me out!!! The games were really nice, but the claw machines are honestly not worth it. Impossible to get anything! Some machines took our coins and didn’t allow us to play, but the staff were helpful and allowed us to still go ahead.
