We stayed here over the weekend for my birthday. Plus points. Prosecco on arrival. Excellent reception staff. Warm welcome from concierge. Room ok with issues as below. Good rooftop bar. Nice spa. Listening manager who dealt with our concerns. Negative Breakfast for a 5 star hotel very very poor. Tinned fruit with added apples that were fermented. No sweetners. No salmon... Awful stewed coffee..more akin to a lower standard hotel. Room fantastic shower... comfy bed. Great coffee and room service excellent. Hotels are detail... just need to get a few things right as this is 5 star but currently in my view a 4 star. Will I be back.... yes as long as breakfast is improved!!!

Another great stay and still an amazing hotel with superb views of Broad Gate. The spa area is tranquil, the roof top bar affords a great atmosphere and views any time of day and is well utilised for breakfast. The rooms always have comfortable beds alongside clean and spacious bathrooms. A large credit also to the amazing for team who are always exceptional, in particular ADMs Mary and Camilia.

Attended a Customer Workshop here so only experienced the Meeting rooms and the Rooftop Bar. Both of these events were great 👍 Service is very good and the decor of the hotel is of a high standard 👍. The location of the hotel is great, close by to Moorgate and Liverpool St. Ideal for meetings in the Square Mile 😎 The Rooftop Bar is awesome, good drinks and great Canapes all served with stunning views across the City 😎, It's a new find for me and now I know it's there, I'll be returning in the future 😉 Food & drinks: Rooftop bar is a 'must visit', great for afternoon/evening drinks.
