We became aware of Mont58 during lockdown as we lived locally, and it soon became our favourite coffee. Since moving away from the area we have continued to obtain our favourite coffee through the subscription service. We look forward to receiving a different coffee every month and it reminds us of our old home in SE London!

I drink just one cup of coffee a day in the morning and I want it to be a great one as its my favourite daily ritual. So finding a no frills, straight up, ethical, small, independent ORGANIC coffee company to support was very important to me. One bag lasts me exactly 2 weeks, the hassle free order always arrives on time and I get to taste a wide variety of coffee from all over the world - small organic coffee bean farmers also being sustained. If I want I can also choose to stick with a particular bean if I love the taste - so far all of them have been fantastic. I'm all for getting behind small businesses that are passionate and knowledgable about their product . This is one company that is well worth supporting and I highly recommend them. I also like it that they dont have an aggressive marketing style so no bombardement of emails but plenty of informative posts on SM. A great product at an affordable price.

I am a big fan of these lovely coffee people! I’ve had my weekly subscription for just over 6 months and really loved the whole experience. They’re very local to me so it’s been pleasure to support a small business but it helps that the coffee is great and the (free) delivery is really reliable. The organic Ethiopian beans are usually a winner for me but it’s cool to try a wide variety of beans and the quality is always high.

During 2021 my stepdaughter Alison sent us some Mont 58 coffee. The one she had chosen was the Catford blend. It was ground for a cafetiere which our preferred brew method. Then for Christmas we were given a subscription. Each month a fresh bag of coffee is delivered to our door in North Cumbria. What a delight , always brings a smile The coffee is full flavoured but rich and smooth. I would possibly use the word robust but without bitterness. It is particularly welcome first thing in a morning or at mid morning after a couple of hours gardening. The packaging easily survives the journey by post and arrives regularly each month. We have also tried the Lewisham blend which is also very flavourful. I would highly recommend Mont58 as the service offered is excellent, which of course supports the high quality product. Recently I changed our order from french press grind to whole bean. This was accomplished swiftly and easily. Excellent product supported by excellent service. Very highly recommended.
