The place is filthy! And dusty and kids play here! A hazard! No cleaning on the equipment nor balls the bathrooms are not cleaned they are constantly dirty! people do not flush the toilets and they leave blood and sanitary products on the floor and sinks. the dust is so thick in there you can write a whole a story on it! Food is overpriced for what you get the tables are dirty .

Went in today after a very long time with a baby. I was shocked to see there is no hygiene at all in this place. Only 1 staff member working. Parents are walking all over play area with shoes on were babies crawl. Reported to staff member about parents with shoes on and all she said was I'll tell management. Shocking part is no1 approached that parents to speak to them. While walking out seen management spoke to her and she said I'll ban her. How you gone ban her as you only hold a contact number which is not hard to change the next time. Don't think I'll be going in there again. Employ more staff to manage the place not one staff member holding the fort

Toilets were disgusting water everywhere dusty walls ect Ordering food was an awful experience I was waiting ten minutes to be served while staff were chatting in the kitchen when he finally took my order it seemed too much effort!! then when the pizzas came the order was wrong the family pizza is 14 slices we only received 8 slices I wouldn't recommend this place not child friendly
