Awful Service Went to the restaurant at 7pm, waited for nearly two hours to get meal served. The person in charge was very rude by saying “this’s not a McDonalds” when asked why the service was slow. Very poor customer service, there wasn’t any staff came over to explain or reassure customers during the waiting time. Ruined whole dinning experience. Definitely won’t be going again.

Didn't even stay, seats had no stuffing in them, was ignored twice in the space of 3 minutes & to top it off had to share a table with another couple, even though we books two weeks ago, hence after all this we got up & left.

Disappointed on the night as this place had been recommended by a couple of locals. The service from the minute we sat down was dreadful. Drinks took ages to arrive, then there was no urgency in taking our food order. We only ordered an onion bhaji to share for starters. This arrived almost an hour after we sat down and It was floury and hardly warm. When asked how it was, I told the waiter, who apologised and said he would tell the chef. We were thinking of leaving before our main course came, as we weren't impressed with our experience. Our mains arrived before the two tables to our right, who had both ordered before us. One table had been waiting for 2 hours! The food was mediocre, the service was terrible and I wouldn't return. The only saving grace was, it wasn't expensive.
