Food turned up an hour earlier than requested - we couldn’t eat it at that time as we were putting our child to bed. Was refused a refund or a new meal to be brought out. I even offered to go and pick up the replacement meal and drop off the old one, but was refused. Extremely rude member of staff then put me on with the manager who repeated the same thing. Was told that I should just put it in the microwave - I didn’t just spend £30 on a curry to have a microwave meal.. Will not be returning after the horrible way the staff spoke to me.
