Terrible service! Wanted a takeaway ramen and was told to go outside for the menu (even through there were printed menus on the tables) then ordered what is a very expensive ramen and then told to go wait outside, where it's cold, despite the restaurant having 2 other people inside with more than enough space. I was then told that to be in the restaurant is for customers only....I wonder what exactly that makes me?! And no, they cannot do refunds.

Very unpleasant experience. When we ask to split the bill the system calculate the wrong number so we have to more on the fee and the waiter said they can’t do ANYTHING?!! And I also heard him complaining we order too little!? He is just so rude and disrespectful.
