1 star is too generous. Rude lady behind the counter. Sending a return with a barcode and she told me they couldn't scan it at that post office and I'd have to request a hermes return and go the other coop store. This is despite me being told that they do these returns. It was her attitude that was appalling. She should not work in any customer facing role.

There is one particular person behind the desk who is unbelievably rude, trying to argue to me that I didn't need special delivery even though I needed to insurance my item and then proceeded to place the postage label right over the top of another label to be used by the recipient. She was even rude to her colleague!
