Great alternative to the gym car park at leisure centre as I use the Tudor grange leisure centre and sometimes people only use that car park to walk not even go to leisure centre so always packed and this car park is fantastic easy to pay for parking and as said superb alternative

Always park at the car park with a monthly permit for the past year. However, the car park changed their parking app and I’m unable to pay for a day ticket and it only allows monthly car park tickets. Yesterday (07/04/23) I was able to pay for my day ticket normally via PayByPhone app but today 08/04/23 there’s no option for hourly parking which is weird. Not sure if there’s a problem with the app but we phoned customer service and they said you can only park for monthly permit which is very strange. Myself and my colleague hope we don’t get fined as this is out of our control
