I have been working at Monkey puzzle for over a year now. The manager Melissa is very friendly and a great support to both staff and families. She checks in with staff on a daily basis to see how they are feeling. She is very professional and a great manager. All the staff are very friendly and it makes coming into work a joy. I enjoy seeing my children grow from babies into little people and see all the different characters come out of them.

I have to second what Maya wrote. Looking for a nursery for your child isn't the most easiest thing but after just speaking to Sheena at the initial stage- she made me feel very comfortable. Meeting the team afterwards I knew I had made the right decision. Constant update on my daughter's progress and development has been amazing and I thank them for that. Melissa, Louise and Tiana have always been helpful with any queries and response has always been quick. My daughter started 2 days a week but seeing her progress - within a month we have increased it to 3 days. Great team - Great Nursery 👍

Choosing a nursery is never an easy task! I was very apprehensive about sending my daughter off for the first time!! I had looked at many nurseries in the area and Monkey Puzzle West Norwood stood out high amongst the rest. The staff and nursery director Sheena always show a very high level of knowledge and care towards my daughter and other children. Their daily programs and activities go above and beyond the basics that you would expect and so many important life skills are taught to the children through play and various activities throughout each day. We had many concerns during this Covid phase however Sheena and her team were continually on hand to reassure us and have manged this whole process smoothly with minimal disruption to the children and continue to do so. I highly recommend this nursery.
