I had just had the worse meal I've eaten!I ordered salt and pepper King prawn...they were disgusting,the batter was hard and the prawns were like shrimps,they had obviously been fried twice it was like chewing rubber,I couldn't take the prawn out of the batter they had been fried to death,don't waste your money ordering a Chinese here it was a total disappointment

where do I start I have been going to monkey king for so long now and there food is mostly good but recently its been really bad almost inedible maybe its because they have a new chef I don't know but the special fried rice was dry bland tasteless and foul the little scraps of meat that you get are dry and stale so hard to chew then there is the starter which is awful arrived cold so all in all I wont be coming back until you sort it out so I would avoid for now as there are plenty of other takeaways that are so much better.

The chow mein was good and quite tasty, however the egg fried rice had hardly any egg in it and was tasteless. The man who served me had no manners and was quite impolite. Not the best takeaway by far.
