We contacted this company regarding the purchase and installation of a multifuel fire in our lounge. The fitter came round but seemed very disinterested in the job and quoted 'about two and a half grand'. I asked for a written quote listing materials and labour which he said he would send the next day. 4 months later we haven't heard a word. Needless to say you didn't get the job.

I thought that I would get excellent service how wrong was I was given a date to be fitted but let down so many times different excuses maybe genuine but then said nobody died so why get upset lost so much money would not recommend or definitely get a different fitter or stay clear of both

Avoid at all costs. We got told that if we buy the stove we had to use there fitters to install it. After being let down 3 times by the fitter that actually thought it was acceptable to let us know on the day that he was supposed to turn up was OK. Absolutely no manners at all and would 100% not recommend these to anybody else. Please AVOID at all costs.

I bought my stove from you guys and fitted by to guy you use in 2018. Within 4 days I came into your shop talking about the staining to the back and side boards and I was assured by your fitter (who was stood in the shop at the time) that this was the glue and it would dry within a month. It didn't dry and the stains stayed so I called back and you told me you would get the fitter to contact me. He never did. 4 years later the staining is still there but we didn't come back to you because of the very poor service that the fitter you use provides. Having had other issues with the stove this year we decided to contact you about it. Hearing nothing from the fitter for over 2 month we contacted you again and eventually the fitter calls us. Firstly he starts off by lying, saying that he has come to the house buti checked my CCTV and he didn't come at all. He then speaks to us like we are complete dirt throughout the entire conversation, to the point that I have to say "I take it from the tone of your voice that aren't bothered about coming to see it then" to which he replies about cost. I never said I wanted this sorting for free, not once did I say this at all. The rude fitter continues to bang on about how the guy who serviced my stove should have sorted the issues and that I should have used him. I told him I didn't go to him because of the rubbish service I received from him in the first place. He then said I've called the wrong guy and hung up. What a fantastic after care you have provided. I will recommend to anyone to not use you at all. I was also told not to use you buti didn't listen to them.

We are so pleased with our stove. We couldn't wait for the weather to cool. If there is any complaint it is that initially it was too warm but with a bit of trial and error we got it right. No need for Central Heating, especially with gas price increases. The whole process from selecting the best, most economic and environmental stove to the installation was simply amazing. We loved that everything was local to us which we deemed very important during these difficult times. In three words "WE ARE THRILLED!"
