I visited this place between the 27th-29th March 2023. This is only my second time of visiting the chocolate shop because I live so far away (Liverpool), which is probably just as well. If you’re a fan of anything chocolate then you should make this a stop on your next visit to York. They have an amazing selection of Milk, Dark and White chocolates. They even have a chocolate fountain 😲🤦🏻♂️😋. The fountain is for their warm liquid chocolate shots!. You can choose a Milk, dark or white chocolate (shot) cup filled with liquid chocolate. Absolutely delicious. (See photo) I know I’m probably being harsh with only giving four stars but this is for two reasons. I know they’re handmade chocolates but I do find them quite expensive, especially when you don’t get many. It’s also because of their opening & closing times. They’re a bit limited, out of 3 days of visiting York, they were closed Monday, missed them on Tuesday, so the final day was my last chance.

Very cute little chocolate shop located in the shambles in York. Lots of different chocolate on offer. Novelty chocolate available as well as being able to choose your own mix. ABSOLUTELY a must is to try their melted chocolate shot in a chocolate cup! Insanely good!!!!!

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Expensive but lovely. But twas a day I felt like I needed a treat. Gorgeous range of handmade choccy wocs. Huge variety and choice. They go by weight, so it is about £6-£7 for 100g. For 100g I got 8 chox for £7.21. Eeek n a yikes, ha. Each one was a mouthful of deliciousness. A treat day for sure. All products temptingly displayed.
