Product speaks for itself but one of the sales staff was awful, hence only 3 stars review. The staff member was very dismissive and rude. I had asked her a question and she simply ignored me. If she was busy, then a simple explanation would suffice. Subsequently she was very blunt and avoided answering further questions. I don't like to think badly of people so if I was giving her the benefit of the doubt, I suspect her English wasn't great and she might simply not have understood what I was saying. She didn't seem to have much knowledge of the jewellery either so maybe she was new too. In any case, one her colleagues stepped in and was very helpful. The item I purchased was of great quality so would definitely buy from Monica Vinader again. However, I would likely purchase online to avoid having to deal with the rude staff member in question.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch thanks to your lovely sales associate Masrurah. I came into the store on my short lunch break to buy a gift for my best friend and was greeted warmly by Masrurah, who was immediately professional and personable. She listened carefully to my needs and request, which was very helpful as I was quite clueless about what to get for my friend. Masrurah was respectful of my limited time on my lunch break, and we quickly narrowed down options which fitted my request perfectly. I felt that I would have missed out on this experience and would not have found such a perfect and personal gift for my friend had I done this online instead. Masrurah guided me through the collections without making me feel rushed, and displayed a high attention to detail catered to my needs when doing so. I was able to have the engraving done and collect the necklace on the same day, which I appreciated a lot, especially as it came beautifully wrapped. This was my first time purchasing from Monica Vinader but I will surely return! Thank you, Masrurah! Not only a great sales associate but also a lovely person.

Amazing customer service from Liverpool Street store Monica vinader, the girls were so helpful and made my repair easy and efficient. Whilst in the store I mentioned I was looking for some gifts and the team showed me a few options. I wasn’t looking to purchase that day but they still gave me excellent customer service and sent me an email with all the pieces I had seen, so I don’t forget. Would highly recommend this store, for all your Monica needs, as the team go above and beyond.

I went in and saw a ring I liked. They didn't have my size so then the shop attendant stopped the conversation and kept saying 'well we don't have your size bye bye' and kept telling me bye bye after everything I say. Essentially I was dissmissed and shooed out of the store.

I went in looking for a birthday present with no idea of what I wanted. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful in not only figuring out the best present to get but also in showing me many options and giving detail in different services they offer, i.e. Engraving. I was mainly served by a staff member named Maz, however all members of staff were so kind and hospitable. The products are beautiful and I would highly recommend this store in particular for a more personal experience!
