Found the owners very helpful. Phoned after finding something on their website and they held it back for me, when we went to pick up couldn’t help ourselves from buying something else that caught our eye in the store which they will be delivering for us to London. There were so many other things too. So might have to go back at some point as I’m sure their stock will constantly be updated. Great find with interesting additions to any home/business, and enjoyed my time looking around.

I was so pleased to come across this shop when planning to renovate the bathroom in my new home. Sam and Louise were so helpful with helping me choose the perfect pieces for my dream bathroom, they even went as far as to spray the bath I chose a bespoke colour. Such a lovely shop located in a beautiful countryside village, you can spend hours looking through all their amazing stock. There's even a friendly cat to welcome you into the yard. Such a nice shopping experience away from hectic London. Thank you!

Note for future buyers: if you do enquire about something they actually do they will be nice to you otherwise they will just be rude and dismissive. Shame we can’t know what they do withouy asking first…

I visited ‘mongers’ to enquire and to look at cast iron baths for our 17th century house. The staff member on duty was dismissive, rude and nonchalant. We are told to buy local, but with attitudes like this you are joking… maybe the guy was having a bad day, but seriously, be nice to prospective customers; it’s shop keeping 101 surely… Updated: Note; we did enquire about lanterns; however our visit was to also enquire about baths. But let’s face it; the rudeness of the staff didn’t facilitate the further conversation. Note the self entitled, rude and condescending tone that ‘monger’ replies even on here. Dreadful. Try and be a little less rude be it online or in person, and if you weren’t having a bad day your attitude in life is simply appalling…
