    Excellent service from initial phone call through to the purchase of my scooter. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the guy who came, but he was extremely helpful, arrived in the alloted time I was given for the visit, brought several scooters for me to try, answered any and all questions I had helping me to choose the right scooter for my needs. I would recommend Monarch Mobility to anyone wanting to purchase a mobility scooter. Five star servive and staff.

    STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Bought Smartie scooter 6 days after warrantee end it stopped. The fault was main cable worn through by constant rubbing on sharp metal. This fault occured over time it is not an instant break down as proved by the arcing marks on the metal adjacent to the break. As a former engineer this is a poor design fault, clearly not acknowledge by Monarch. They are money orientated and once you've purchased they are not interested unless you spend more cash. Customer service remarkably resembles a chocolate fireguard. WHAT A NASTY COMPANY
