I’ve been a patient for over 20 years at this practice. I’m not a frequenter I only go when absolutely necessary. Over the last 5 years the service, standards and treatment have been steadily declining. Infact they are now diabolical No one answers the phone anymore took me daily calls for 3 solid weeks before eventually getting through. I was given an appointment but had to wait another two weeks. In the interim I applied for another surgery for myself and my husband. Skip to two weeks later I arrive for my appointment only to be told the transfer went through that morning so without speaking to me (or even email if that’s too much trouble) they cancelled the appointments we had waited weeks for!… ring your new surgery being the response …. I got in my car and did just that… well what a difference within that five minute phone call that was answered straight away my husband and I were booked in for the following week working to times that suited us!….. leaving this practice was the best decision for me and my family!

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment of this place! They do not take mental health issues seriously enough and I find that utterly disturbing. If you're not well in the head, avoid this place! They will only make you worse.

I have never seen a GP so useless in my life. They tell you to call before 10am and then the number never works and when you call at 09:55 they tell you it’s almost 10am and they can’t take appointments. If you have an emergency, they ask you to call 999. When you walk in, they send you back telling you to book appointments on phone or on askmyGp that doesn’t work as well. Even when you are lucky to book the appointment, the doctors never call you back. They keep asking for new patients when they never take care of the patients they have. I have reported them to CQC!

This practice is a disgrace. They are advertising for new patients on a sign in the window. They do this because the get paid by the NHS for each patient they have on their books. This is irrespective of whether or not they see patients. They then refuse to see you. Have made a complaint and reported them to to Care Quality Commission.
