    Bear in mind that Monarch IT reached out to me. I was contacted by a recruiter (Dippy) on LinkedIn who said I matched a job profile. After calling and messaging several times I finally got through and accepted her offer to represent me (I had to turn down another recruiter who also wanted to represent me for the same job). This was 2 months ago and I have not heard anything nor can I get through to Monarch. So instead of helping me get a job, this agency seems to have cost me a job, and I am starting to wonder whether it is legitimate at all.
