Underwhelming experience. Called in for an MOT, they recommended doing various additional jobs (as per VW's standard recommendations) and identified 2 critical (high ticket) issues to be solved before passing the MOT which I accepted, but they actually did no carry out the MOT. I only realised afterwards and had to call back and leave the car again. Not particularly quick, not particularly caring or client friendly: for that type of customer care, I'd rather go to cheaper options. I wouldn't recommend it.
