Paid £840 for a case review that was passed to a solicitor that does not deal with tribunal representation when my case was for a tribunal, no follow up email received, only a 15 minute phone conversation when it was supposed to be zoom meeting. imo completely disinterested and couldn't wait to get off the phone, I followed up with an email to highlight more within the case that has come to light, once again they showed zero interest and simply pointed out to me that the solicitor that I referred to does not handle tribunals so we cant help you, but that was the solicitor they allocated to me..

Based on my experience to help my friend to find a firm, my with MONACO solicitors, I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking legal assistance. One of their solicitors, Simrath Singh, was unresponsive and inflexible in her pricing, stating that prices are non-negotiable even when asked as MONACO has lots customer base hence MONACO is in high in demand and non negotiable. When she boated I requested her or firm works guarantees what my friend pay for that their work would be fault-free and that they would take responsibility if any mistakes were made, Simrath Singh mumbled and twisted her words, failing to provide a coherent justification for their pricing structure. till today I have been chasing her and firm but NO response any of them, now you can imagine how much fun this was chasing such non negotiable top notch firm to chase to give work. ;) Additionally, despite promises to send a new price plan, MONACO did not respond to my calls or emails, indicating a lack of confidence in their own work. It is concerning that they rely heavily on an AI legal system to draft and advise on cases, but still refuse to negotiate their prices with clients. As a result, I had to look elsewhere for my friend for legal assistance and was left with a negative experience overall. Overall, I cannot recommend MONACO solicitors based on their unresponsive communication, lack of guarantee for their work inflexible pricing, and reliance on an AI legal system without any willingness to negotiate. If the work is faulty always customer eligible to REFUND plus compensation for the damages because this legal service also cover under the consumer rights like as builders.
