    Poorest service ever! I have made an order 8 days ago and chose the option 2/3 days delivery cause I NEEDED my order by that week and NOTHING came in! I’ve called the company and the Sir on the phone had the audacity to tell me that he does not know what to do. I’m very disappointed and expected better from this service. By now, I still haven’t received my order. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    What a company! We are from Auvergne living 10+ years in Scotland and we always ask friends/family so bring our favs as we can't find them here in the north. We ordered from Mon panier latin straight away, and they were really GREAT in dealing with our order! Very good buy and fast delivery!

    Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. They sent half of my order 10 days after the order was made. They sent me cheaper replacement products with no explanation and no refund of the price difference. I asked to be refunded for the rest of my order which hasn't been delivered and for the price difference of what has been delivered. After 10 days, they refunded me, only to take it back (yes you read correctly!!) six days later. They actually cancelled the refund on Paypal. Who does that? I won't even mention the way they deliver cold/fridge products...

    ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!!! I ordered and paid for goods and PAID EXTRA for 3 day delivery. 5 days later I didn't receive the goods. RUINED my Mardi Gras, embarrassed for my dinner party and my guests went without I rang so many times - no reply. I couldn't leave a message - answerphone full! I emailed - no reply. Generic email 3 days after delivery should have happened NOT EVEN ADDRESSING my complaint. Your service is disgusting!! Please have the decency to contact me.

    I ordered a large sélection of items, some of which were because my father was coming to visit me and loves some specific French products that he does not have access to where he lives. I placed the order one week before his arrival and chose the items that did not require to be on a waiting list or anything like that ( as displayed on the website). Delivery for everything stated 2-3 days delivery but after over one week, nothing had arrived. I even wrote to customer service and got an answer a few days later informing me that some items were out of stock but they’ll send me half of the order the following week. Part of the order was received but not the items I had ordered for my father; received substitutes I did not want. ( I even explicitly stated in the comments. If you want to substitute, please let me know beforehand ) a week later, they sent a quick email saying that the items are not in stock and so they will give me a voucher ( with no other option for me)… I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and I’m now trying Épicerie corner, who already gave me a date for delivery and more customer service interaction / communication than Mon Panier Latin did! I have to say… it is a shame as when Mon Panier Matin was first launched… communication was on point. They used to call after the order to inform of potential delays and ask what we wanted ( send half now and other half later.. wait it out etc) overall they need to sort out their logistics and communication…

    Awful company. Got my parcel after about a week (despite saying 2-3 days delivery on the website) with three items missing. I've been told they were out of stock so why on earth is it listed as available?! Sort it out. I asked a refund for the missing items but got a voucher instead which I don't even want to use. I'm giving one star for their quick response to my emails. Btw the 5 star reviews must be fake.

    I ordered here as when you type in on Google the product you want, this company comes up first. I ordered saucisson and merguez. We had an issue with the first order and the shelf life of the merguez was due to expire the same day I received the product and the saucisson had a months life on it which wasn’t good but I didn’t complain as they managed to source the products I needed. 2nd time I order, they don’t have the saucisson in stock and wait over a week to tell me with no other substitutes for a different size (as they offer 3 sizes on their website). This is the same issue we had the 1st order where I had to wait weeeks as the product wasn’t in stock initially. Why have things on your website that you don’t know if you have regular stock of this product??!! It is misleading and provides a bad customer service experience. If you don’t have it PHYSICALLY in your shop, do not put it on your website or allow people to buy just because you want the money there and then. That’s not how businesses work. Please do better. I don’t think I will shop Here again. I would rather shop on French click or something and pay extra for the delivery than to be messed about.
