Received the item quickly but even though I've had the item before the size didn't fit right. I emailed straight away about returns or exchange, no response, emailed and messaged again and again, still no response, it's been 3 months and no response even though on Facebook messenger it's shown that they've seen my message. Will never order from them again. I'm stuck with a £90 item I can't use and don't have money to buy the actual size I need.

so friendly and patient. gentle and slow sales experience with all my questions answered, as well as honest recommondatons as to which protection gear will be worth purchasing even if a bit more expensive. really colourful protection gear choices which stray away from the boring :-) Only piece of advice is that shop owners at time may be running late and so it is not always an immediate 12 pm start, but that's why the team have a messenger set up on their website and you can ask if this is the case for the day, as well as ask them to stay a bit late for you in the evening if you yourself are running late ;)

Wow this place is amazing! I spoke to them on the phone today and asked loads of questions about a few pairs of skates I was interested in. The staff were amazing and never once showed signs of getting fed up with me! They were extrememly helpful, polite and friendly and after I got off the phone I placed the order which they marked as shipped within the hour! Wonderful place, I highly recommend them! I am so excited and can't wait to get my new skates which I have got as a birthday gift for myself! Looking forward to getting back into skating, I will be returning to them soon to get my daughter a set of skates too as her birthday is coming up and she wants o skate with me! Thankyou so much for such a wonderful service and for putting a smile on my face:)

Can't recommend this skate shop enough..lots of help and advice and no sales pressure,it also has that hidden gem vibe to it..even meeting mama herself was a treat. 100 % respect for them got that boutique feel..will be using mama trucker's again
