As of a couple of weeks ago this place has changed hands. We visited today had afternoon tea and could not fault it. Ignore negative reviews about previous owners, food was good, service was good, will definitely be going back again, even a fussy eating 5 year old was happy.

Booked four afternoon teas with Groupon voucher 14th August. When arrived advised due to leak from rain having to close and would need to rebook. As some from party going away waiting to rebook but noticed voucher redeemed 15th. Spoke to shop who said Groupon had to deal with it. Contacted them who passed back the buck to shop. Another email sent to Groupon awaiting replyðŸ˜

dont go here !! booked via groupon for my sister's bday, had a call 2 hours before to say it was cancelled as they had a burst pipe, anyhow we rescheduled and went there to find it being the most tackiest afternoon tea iv ever had !! staff were nice but the quality of the food was so smart price, they served us donuts which seemed like tesco's own which were half frozen 2 donuts cut in half for 4 people! the inside of the cafe was so dated, dirty, the table was wobbly & sticky, The cutlery was stained & dirty please AVOID !!
