I've been here a few times, have brought friends, and even recommended it. But there seems to have been a change of management. I waited almost an hour for a breakfast, sat alongside other customers waiting even longer for their breakfast. When my food was served, it was without cutlery. Ah, it's self-serve. Oh, but they're out of forks. 'May I have a fork, please?' The facial expression that I was met with was probably the face I pull when asked for a national insurance number and 5 years of address history. I witnessed a desperate lack of people skills for my very long stay at the café today. To management: Whether or not there has been a change of management, please know that customers won't be returning, and you're really rather lucky that old excellent reviews are propping you up. You wasted my time and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing YOU. That's a special level of 'cannot be arsed'.

Just been for a really disappointing breakfast at Molly's. We went there because its the only local place that still serves lashford sausages, and their menu clearly says "lashford sausages" but we got cheap catering sausages. They've got cheap vinegary ketchup decanted into heinz bottles, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I actually felt like we were inconveniencing the woman who served us. Its not the place it used to be.
