Terrible experience, we went through example pictures and preferred cut at length and the groomer agreed with me. However when I picked up my dog she was basically shaven. It is super short with her head and tail long. Also super patchy en very uneven. She looks like she had surgery. This will take a long time to grow back so I'm very disappointed. Especially as this was £25 more than our regular place. No surprise to say we are not going back

Great service for my cat. She normally wouldn’t let me brush her but Dami make her feel at ease from the very first moment. She removed all the matts, cut her nails, shaved her butt and also cleaned her ears. Very professional and friendly at the same time. And prices are great. I will definitely come back!
