Couldn't ask for more, and they went out of their way to coordinate with two different manufacturers to get separate products with matching fabrics. Having had a suite from them for the past decade that has stood the test of time they are highly recommended!

I order a item from their Lytham store on 1 September 2020. Told had to pay in full. Promised by 1st December, no item, then promised 16th December, no item. Then promised before Christmas, no item. Promised early January 2021, you guessed no item. Now promised February!!! Checked T & C find if I cancel order will lose half of the cost!! No wonder had to pay in full. Good quality furniture, lovely staff, just have to wait forever for it. Sent message by contact us page, still awaiting reply, I get the impression, as this company has my money not bothered about me at all. Found the whole thing very stressful.

Exceptional service here, from the polite young lady who took the time to explain the many variants of the rising recliners, to the extremely accomodating Mr Molloy himself. Excellent range of quality recliners in store. No hard sell tactics, just a genuine willingness to help and advise. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Molloys' to anyone.
