My 8 year old Hayter Harrier was failing to move forward at any recognisable speed. Dropped it off with MVM who sorted it out quickly and at a reasonable price. Used it for first time since repair and everything is now working as it should. A very satisfactory experience from people who know what they are doing....Will tell others!!!

Dropped off a sit on mower to be fixed. Came back to pick it up, got told he had given it to someone who he thought was my partner, never managed to claim back my own mower which i left in their care. Tried to get a free service considering he gave away my tractor, now they are trying to sue me for £130 when really they owe me £3000+....

I had my petrol mower repaired there some years ago. I got it back within a week in perfect order and it remains so. Last week I took my chainsaw there because the blade was loose and I could not tighten it, no matter how hard I tried. Again, I got it back the same week, in perfect shape, and only £23 poorer. As for rude, nothing could be further from the truth. The young man, whose name I have forgotten, was fantastic. As for difficult to get to, it is a farm in the country for goodness' sake! I despair at some of the reviews I see on the internet and although the opportunity to leave reviews gives others an opportunity to assess the service they are likely to get, some people abuse the right to leave them. I will be singing their praises as often as I can.
