Called ahead to check they had an item in stock ... "Yes, our system is showing 2 in stock" ! .. 45 minute drive ... staff unable to locate either of the items.. complete wasted journey. Great stores, poor stock control. Called all local stores, Andover, Winchester, Newbury, Devises, Salisbury, to be told the same .. Items showing as in stock. But staff unable to locatevthe utems on the shelves, or in their stock room.
