    What a waste of time and money. They talked me into signing for a course that was 'totally for me' but clearly wasn't. This became clear when the tutor advised me, and after I had paid around £2k. I receive a 'learning pack' folder and attended three lectures. They refused to refund me anything at all. STEER WELL CLEAR!

    Worst learning experience ever. I decided to start my CIPD studies in 2021 with MOL because I saw very positive reviews on Google. I would never recommend this learning platform as I have experienced an unprofessional approach, lack of support as a student, and poor customer service from them. 1. Poor quality feedback to submissions in the forum: MOL has a forum where students can publish their work done so a tutor will comment and suggest improvements in order to write a good assignment. All my work shared in the forum received a general answer, which was many times a copy-paste from answers to other students (which is visible to other students) where suggestions were made for things that were already in the work shared. For example, a suggestion about including the consequences of Brexit or Covid, when they were already included, but the other students received the same or similar feedback. 2. Not meeting their own timetables: MOL publishes a timetable stating when submission windows will be open, the deadlines for the submission of assignments, when grades will be released and when they will be sent to moderation. On different occasions, my grades were released late and only after chasing them. One of my colleagues, who was also using MOL for his CIPD, didn’t ask through the forum and his grades were released with nearly a week of delay. The submission for moderation was delayed without an explanation and, after complaining by email and telephone call, they processed my assignments. 3. Discriminatory practices: one of my colleagues, who submitted the last assignments on the same day I submitted them, received a different treatment for no reason. We were both told that our assignments were going to be processed in the January 2023’s moderation window (when it was clearly stated that the moderation for that window was in November 2022). We called the programme support service the same day at approximately the same time (difference of minutes), he was told that it was the CIPD’s fault and couldn’t do anything at all but, on the other hand, the person who I spoke with managed to resolve the problem and processed it for the November’s window. This person is still dealing with a complaint, which is still unresolved, since November 2022. I would never, ever, recommend this learning platform, as MOL has shown to have an unresponsive and low quality service, to be unaccountable for their mistakes, the content is sometimes poor and you can learn more from just reading the book, and the treatment can sometimes be discriminatory as my colleague has experienced. I would suggest looking for another provider if you still want to take your CIPD studies.

    Just avoid: The most frustrating online learning experience (and the most expensive) I have had. -Lack of tutor support, sometimes you need to wait weeks to get an answer. Some of the messages in the students forums have been unanswered for months. -Generic feedback that seems to be copy/pasted from other students. -Constant and unannounced delays releasing grades. -Constant issues with the platform restricting access to the content. -Redundant or poor quality content within the webinars. -Poor customer service, unable to address learners' concerns or providing misleading information or different answers every time you contact them. -Complaint procedure ineffective, denying any issue you may report and redirecting responsibility to the learner instead of being accountable for their own errors and inconsistent processes. Really unhappy about MOL, I feel that I wasted a huge amount of money for a service that did not meet the advertised standards. I would have learned more by reading a few manuals and researching by myself rather than wasting my money with them. I not only wasted money but also time of my life that no one can pay back, as you only get responses if you chase them constantly, the waiting times are unacceptable, and they did not even meet their own schedules in terms of grading the assignments and sending results to CIPD, delaying my qualification for months after I completed all the modules (within their deadlines). I raised several complaints, but I did not find their approach professional, responsive nor reliable.

    I enrolled in MOL Learn’s course in CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HRM having worked as an HR practitioner in an international setting for nearly a decade without a formal qualification in HRM. The course met my expectations to build on my existing experience and acquire new perspectives on and knowledge of the theoretical models and practices in HRM. It advanced my strategic thinking and ability to critically evaluate and apply a broad range of theoretically underpinned HRM solutions and, consequently, contribute to my organization’s performance.     Horrendous experience and no refund policy. Currently studying CIPD L7 through MOL. Assessor competency is abysmal and QA team is indifferent to correcting the issue, instead placing the onus on the learners. Formal complaint will be raised.
