What a great little cafe! Friendly & caring staff! Perfect place to grab a coffee on your walk into town or stay in and enjoying the busy view of Preston Circus. Cosy back room for the cold days or outside seating to enjoy the sun. A real hidden gem! I love coming here and often find myself staying for longer than expected :) also very dog friendly and welcoming to all!

This coffee shop has a very special place in my heart. All staff are beyond lovely, super welcoming and always up for a chat. Coffee is great and the food also. Especially love the seating area in the back, could easily spend hours in there reading. Special shout out to the head barista, who I believe is called Sophie. She is an absolute asset to the place and always makes my visits a joyful experience.

I stumbled across this place whilst visiting my boyfriend and we decided to go for brunch shortly prior to my departure. Upon arrival the staff weren’t interested in greeting us. Eventually we ordered and were presented with a dirty table which we were told would be cleared shortly, however even after 10 minutes of sitting down, our drinks arrived in takeaway cups and laid on a dirty table amongst the past customers dirty plates and cups. Some were cleared, but then our food arrived and the table was cleared but not cleaned. Food was very average, very dry as not much sauce in. The lady behind the counter was very uninterested in serving us and upon leaving just ignored. Enjoy your breakfast elsewhere as staff really uncaring here and place is dirty.

Cafe looked nice enough and girl at the till taking the order was fairly friendly but having ordered and paid £5.80 for 2 hot chocolates which I only drink when it's particularly cold out I was then told to wait outside for the drinks not the best thing when it's freezing out

Lavender Theatre
Not a great first impression! I was going to be meeting my business partner there and have been meaning to come to Moe’s for a long time. On entering it looked dark dingy and scruffy with surly staff, no welcome or smiles. One staff was sweeping the floor and could hardly be bothered to make eye contact whilst announcing they’d only had a sandwich offering. Other member of staff the same surly ‘welcome’. I left and we met at ‘Bam’s Kitchen’ across the way… and what a contrast! Bright and friendly welcome, clean and contemporary cafe with first class coffee and sandwiches. We will not be returning to Moe’s.
