Can't recommend Modernise your Stairs with Vale highly enough. From start to finish the customer service and craftsmanship has been amazing. Nothing too much trouble and kept informed throughout the process from the initial consultation, measuring and choosing the finish to the end finished staircase. Chad who installed the staircase was fantastic, really professional and friendly and we can't fault the finish. We also paid to have some new doors fitted that we purchased and he even came back to re fit the door after the carpet was fitted. Everywhere was kept tidy and clean and a he was a real hard worker. We are so pleased with the finish and everyone who sees it is really impressed. If you are thinking about having it done it's well worth it and you won't be disappointed. We are so pleased with our staircase renovation, the wood looks amazing, our hallway has been transformed, Mike did an excellent job fitting, nothing was too much trouble, always punctual, on time, left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day and had a great work ethic.
