    Currently going through chaos - I hope they can recover. We were a customer of Response-IT, bought by Modern Networks as part of a Private Equity backed roll-up of small businesses to make money. All the leadership and almost all of the experienced staff have left, people brought in as the new relationship leads have left already, response is patchy and incredibly slow and instead of people who know our business and the tech, we're now part of one of those ghastly 'customer services' ticket systems, with different 'levels of support' etc - the upshot is that three or four business critical problems have been created by them, and solved slowly or inadequately. I can't recommend them at the moment.

    Stay away from This company . They own few companies and basically Using the staff from The other companies absolutely not even willing to Take over some of the duties . Earning nothing and working 12/14 h per day .. once your company is sold to MN well Start looking for new job.. shame on You!!
