Was doing nerve conduct test on the arm. The needle with electrode was inserted into the muscle without sanitising the arm area. Also when surface electrodes were used the skin was not cleaned with alcohol to improve electrode contact. Also in appointment letter it was advised that procedure would happen in a comfy couch for better relaxation, and if hand is cold then the warm water will be used to worm up. In reality I was sitting on the side of standart doctors chair and receptionist told me to keep my arm in my pocket while waiting...

Fantastic consultation appointment. Marisol is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the laser treatment I was looking for. She explained how the laser machine works and what to recommend treatment wise. The patch test went very smoothly and the whole experience was excellent. It was also great to meet Patricia (Clinic Manager) and I really enjoyed chatting with her and Marisol after the consultation. I felt very welcome at the clinic. The clinic is situated in a great location and looks very new and clean. The treatment rooms are very spacious. Looking forward to starting my treatment.
