Myles from Modern Designs came over to quote me to fix sinking paved patio. He provided details of what is causing the issue and what he will do to stop the sinking. I felt comfortable with his explanation and very competitive quotation, so hired him and his team to do the job. They came a few weeks later, removed the paving, added the missing hardcore and drainage together with sanded layer, then re-laid the existing paving bricks. The work completed is of very high standard and impressively clean, his team communicated very well. I would recommend Modern Designs 5*.
