Been there twice and had the same problem, What I want is not on the shelve and when I asked if they had said item or items in stock I got told we've only just got back from a show or we've only just had are delivere, Also on my first visit to there shop,the internet shop for them said they had it in stock so I when to the shop to get said item I get told no they don't have it stock and none of staff had removed said item of there internet shop, when I got home an hour later and look on there internet shop the item I want to buy was no longer on there.

Brilliant store that appears to shop just about everything for the model railway enthusiast. Prices appear to be slightly cheaper than some other stores and of course, being local, we saved on the postage. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a Bachman Henry for my son along with decoder etc.
