Worst clinic in Birmingham. I was entitled to free medicine for gout and at the reception they told me to buy it myself without a prescription and for my own money. I was given an appointment over the phone with a doctor. I waited half a day and received a message that they allegedly could not contact me, although everyone dialed perfectly. Customer service is disgusting.

The please is clean the staff not bad I had an appointment to see Gynecologist was on time but they was not on time they was behind 1.40 my appointment call me 14.00 I was not impressed with doctor run behind and say to me she can't see the ultrasound is very few that is my problem you can't see should not ask me to come in the place is wasting of time they can run behind make mistakes not the patient I was not happy at all
