I decided to switch agents and partnered, on a recommendation, with Tim. In a relatively short space of time, given the rocky market, they had a credible, serious buyer on the table and we were able to successfully proceed to completion. Being first time buyers, the process was a little daunting, but Tim was there every step of the way, and all our questions were dealt with quickly yet efficiently. I think this is mainly because of the 'What's app' group that was created at the start of the process. When you're busy at work, it's not always possible to have your emails to hand all the time, so receiving updates via a text message, or if we had an urgent question, this was really useful.
