    Once again MobilityPlus Wheelchairs have provided an excellent service. Our wheelchair was damaged whilst on holiday and when we returned to the UK we called and asked for advice. They sent us a box to pack our wheelchair in, we returned it the next day, two days later we had the wheelchair back all fixed. Four days from contacting them and the wheelchair was back in our hands all fixed. Amazing service and the prices are reasonable. We can not thank them enough for such a brilliant service.

We were welcomed into the showroom where he thoroughly explained both wheelchair options we were considering with no pressure on us to purchase the more expensive one; the emphasis was completely on my father-in-law's needs.     I had an issue with a broken part and was just weeks out of warranty, I emailed them and received a response immediately. I then spoke to them and was told they would collect it and repair it despite it being out of warranty. I’m lost without my chair obviously, so the fact in was collected on the Thursday, and back with me, all fixed plus a little bit of a check over, by 9.30 am Friday morning was simply fantastic service. I’d like to say a massive thank you to Josh, Sasha, Lesley and all the staff that helped get me back on the road.     Finally I've purchased an ultralight folding electric wheelchair, after many months of research I thankfully decided to go with Mobilityplus. Their website is user friendly and the chair was very reasonably priced. I also needed to find a company to deliver to Malta, many EU companies wouldn't deliver without charging outrageous prices for delivery! My experience with customer services was outstanding, both Charlie and Sacha have responded to all my emails within the hour and answered all my questions and even gave me information about import duty and VAT here in Malta that I hadn't considered. They are friendly and supportive and made the experience a pleasant one. I would recommend MobilityPlus every time for any of your needs. Family run business's need our support and I'm sure I will be over the moon when my chair arrives (only ordered it 25th Feb 2023) and I can't wait to be able to go shopping and take my granddaughter to some of her favourite places that I've been unable to got too due to the amount of walking. I will update my review when my chair arrives.
