My uncle lives in Shoeburyness and called me to say his stairlift wasn't working properly. I found Mobility Solutions' website via a Google search and spoke to Kieran and outlined the issue. He got in touch with my uncle straight away and arranged for an engineer to call round within a couple of hours - late on a Friday afternoon. There was an intermittent fault which was resolved with a clean of electrical contacts and general service. Net result is that the stairlift is working correctly again and my uncle has the use of the whole house again. I really appreciated the company's responsive approach and friendly manner. We have Mobility Solutions' contact details saved in case we need assistance in future. Highly recommended.

Having travelled to Southend from West Yorkshire to discover I had forgotten to bring my ignition key...boy was I in the doghouse! Rang, explained, drove to him and within 5 minutes I had a key !!! Asked for £5...gave £10..thank you Mike, as you said, you saved my marriage 😉
